In 2004 and in 2006 the Donkervoort D8 270 RS set lap records at the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Its successor, the Donkervoort D8 GTO-RS – to be presented at Top Marques Monaco 2017 – will be even faster and more extreme. The car is equipped with an fully updated Audi 2.5L R5 TFSI engine and has improved aerodynamics. Production of this car is limited to 40 units. The D8 GTO-RS Bare Naked Carbon Edition will be limited to just 15 units. And there will be a D8 GTO-RS Race Edition – limited to 10 cars.

Also to be presented is the Berus by UK-based Keating Supercars. It comes with 2.000 bhp, accelerating the car from 0 to 100 km/h within 2.4 seconds, providing a top speed of more than 370 km/h.

David Brown Speedback GT

David Brown Automotive had launched the Speedback GT at Top Marques Monaco in 2014. This year they will return with productions models to present engineering and design improvements as well as a variety of some changes regarding the functionality and the overall finish of the car.

And two more supercars will be unveiled by H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco during the opening ceremony on 20th April. But the names of these cars are kept secret until now.

The Top Marques Monaco Event

The Top Marques Monaco, presented in association with the Edmond de Rothschild Group, will be held at the Grimaldi Forum, Monaco, from 20th to 23rd April 2017. Last year this event had been billed the “ultimate luxury car show” by Bloomberg TV. In 2016 the show saw about 42.000 visitors. And not only dream cars are to be presented, but luxury goods like watches and jewellery are to be shown as well.
